Question

Answer

Is there any possibility to copy parametrization of one face mapped
material onto another?

In version 5, the new UVset object, which is a kind of extension of the face mapping, allows this easily:

character1
UVSet1
material1

copy of character1
UVSet1
material2

Just replace the material. Parametrization comes from the UVSet geometry.

Is it possible to copy UV parametrization of face mapped material from one
face of sds model to another face. For example I have a model with two faces and I want them to be textured in the same way - it would be easier to create UV for only one face and then to copy it to other face than to create the same uv for two faces.

In v5, that can be done with UVSets, too. You just duplicate a UV set and paste it to a new SDS face as easily as you can copy and paste any regular objects.
